How to set multiple wallpapers on your Android home screen

If you want to set a custom background image for your Android home screen, all you need to do is to go to your photo gallery. Select any picture then choose the “set picture as” option from its settings. You will then have the option to use the picture as contact photo or wallpaper. Choose the latter and that’s it.

Now, what if you want set a different wallpaper or background image for each screen. Say, for example, your home screen has a total of three screens. In each screen, you want to use a background image that is completely different from the other. To do this, you simply need to follow the steps listed below.

Step 1

Download the app called MultiPicture Live Wallpaper from the Google Play Store. Install this app on your device and then go to “Home” > “Menu” > “Wallpapers” > “Live Wallpapers”.

Step 2

At “Live Wallpapers”  ,Choose “MultiPicture Live Wallpaper” then tap “Set Wallpaper”.

Step 3

Now, the next thing that you need to do is to configure your wallpaper settings. To do this, tap the app’s icon from your home screen or app drawer. You will then see the app’s full list of customizable options.

To set your preferred wallpaper source, go to “Screen Settings” > “Common Settings” then choose “Picture Source”. If you want to randomly show any photo from a particular gallery or folder as wallpaper, select “Album” or “Picture Folder”. This way, you can define the exact source of the photos that you want to use as background images. You are also free to modify the settings according to your personal preferences.

Step 4

If you want to set a static background image for each screen, just go to the app’s main settings page then click the plus icon next to “Add individual settings”. This will allow you to configure a different setting for every background image that you set on your home screen.

Step 5

For this step, you need to go to “Drawing Settings” > “Transition Type” to set your preferred screen transition type. You can select any transition type like slide, fade in, fade out, wipe, card, etc. If you don’t want any transitions, simply select “none”.

Step 6

Configure the rest of your app’s settings and once you’re done, just go back to your home screen and that’s it. Whenever you switch screens on your home menu, a different wallpaper or background image will appear.

By learning how to set multiple wallpapers, you can literally transform your Android device into a digital photo frame. It will also make your device look more lively and interesting.
